Parrots Playground has been designed to be an intimate bonding session for you and your baby and a place to meet other families. 

 

We also welcome an adult family member to come along from time to time if we have space with just a little heads up via email - I will get back to you as soon as possible regarding confirmation. Regrettably as our classes are designed for babies from the age of birth to 15 months only, older siblings cannot attend unless specifically invited.

If booking for twins or multiple births please include all names for safety reasons. Doors open for Sensory Sessions ten minutes prior to session start time and adults are kindly asked to remove their shoes.

Every effort has been made to ensure the health and safety of all participants, including ensuring that First Aid staff members are present but note that parents/carers are responsible for their own welfare and that of their child, throughout the entire session.

​

The materials and resources used throughout the session have been risk assessed but it is up to the adult caregiver to decide what is safe and appropriate for their child to play with and handle.

​

Parents are kindly asked to keep their babies at home if they are poorly, have a fever or a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.

We regrettably cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness. You may offer your place to a friend who also has a baby, to the session. You would need to inform us via email or text message on the day of sessions.

Due to the intimate nature of our sessions, we kindly ask that photos are taken of your child only and during exploration time.

I don't take many pictures myself during sessions, as i do not want to keep interrupting precious time with your baby! I take a few pictures every now and then for promotional reasons and will ask permission before doing so. 

​

I am delighted when parents share their own pictures of their children with me online and i may use these on our websites for new mammas to have an idea of our sessions.

Booking a place is made via our online booking system and a confirmation email will be sent to you if your online  payment is successful.

​

Drop in sessions (whilst numbers allow) can be booked for £7 each and a 6 week term is available for £36 which guarantees your session spot for those consecutive six weeks. If you are due to go on holiday in the middle of a term booking, please inform me via email as soon as possible, with a minimum of one weeks notice in order for you to carry the sessions over and allowing me time to fill the spot. Alternatively you can offer your spot for that week, as a gift, to a friend with a baby of an appropriate age by  emailing me their details at least one week prior to the session.

A 6 week term or drop in session may be cancelled provided you inform me via email at least 7 days of the course commencing. Please note there may be an administration charge of up to one class for any changes made.
You may offer your place to a friend as a gift provided you let me know as soon as possible.
